Exchange

• KhiToes return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items through the same KhiToes outlet it was purchased/dispatched for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
• Customer must have sales invoice slip & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
• Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
• The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Refund

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full amount of voucher.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

• Refunds will be initiated only in the form of vouchers only. We do not offer cash refunds.
